Without a rhythm of Rest, we cannot sustain life. Without rest, we exist in survival mode. We react, with sloppy desperation, instead of responding to the world.
A Sacred Time to rest brings a sense of sacredness to the hectic pace of overworked life. It stimulates a reawakened awareness and appreciation of yourself, your life, and others.
Give yourself permission to take a single mindful breath which puts your busy life in perspective and helps restore your soul.
Remembering to rest is one of the wisest treatments for stress. It is a longing for a daily or weekly day of pampering your soul. A permission to rest, reflect, and appreciate the gift of life.
